Return and Refund Policy :

If we have shipped you an incorrect item, we will replace it for you with no shipping or restocking charges.
Please be sure to inspect your items upon receipt. You must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery by calling us at 03-95446030 or email us at
An associate will follow up with you by phone or email and request a photo of the incorrect item.
Please take note that warranty does not cover :

 (1) RKonline will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit. However customer may claim the compensation for the relevant delivery company.
 (2) Damages to item done deliberately or improper handling of it.
 (3) Modifying, repairing the product without written consent

(+) Policy on Out-of-Stock Items . Please contact us for investigation before you return the item to us.

Case 1:

- All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
In this case we will contact you and we may ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.

Case 2:

- The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives. However, if customer is willing to pay for the extra delivery fee to get the available items first we can ship the products that are available first. And once the out of stock arrive we will ship it out and notify customer.

Defective Items:

Items are inspected thoroughly before shipment; however, occasionally an item may be found to be defective.
Items deemed defective or aerodynamic products which are off in fitment by extreme margins (as certified by a qualified installer) may be considered for replacement at the manufacturer's discretion.
This does not include damage from freight shipping

We require the following information to be submitted with a claim of inaccurate aerodynamic part fitment:

A full image photo of inaccurate fitting part(s). We need close-up and full view pictures (showing the entire part(s) on the car) in order to process a claim and our affiliates alone decide if a product is fitting improperly. The reason for this is because a fitment problem is usually due to using an improper body shop.
